These transfers are only for family who reserved their room using the reunion booking link. If you booked somewhere else or on your own, you'll need to arrange your own ride to the resort.
This is also only for family flying into Montego Bay (MBJ). If you're landing at another airport, reach out to the Travel Committee to sort out your ride.
What they need
Three things in your email
The Transfers Department can't schedule a pickup without all three. Missing details are the most common reason a reply comes back slow.
- 01 Your booking confirmation The confirmation number from your reservation email.
- 02 Your arrival flight Airline, flight number, date, and landing time.
- 03 Your departure flight So they can book your ride back to the airport too.

What happens next
- They reply with your pickup instructions The Transfers Department writes back with where to go once you clear customs, and who to look for.
- Save that reply Screenshot it or star it. You'll want it on your phone even if the airport wifi doesn't cooperate.
- Follow it when you land Head to the meeting point in their email. Show your confirmation to the transfer desk and they'll get you on your way.
Good to know
A few small things
- Send it early. Give them at least a week or two before you fly. Replies take longer as the reunion gets close.
- Flight changed? Email them again with the new details. A driver waiting on the wrong flight is a long afternoon for everybody.
- One email per room. If your family booked two rooms, send two emails so each confirmation gets its own ride.
- Travelling together? Mention it in the email and ask to be grouped in one vehicle.
